Thoughts concerning 2004 IISI's Report Metalurgia (58) 2006,
nr. 2, p. III IISI has recently published its first report regarding the measure of
steel Industry sustenability . The
report presents for 2003 yr. "an aggregate" major Indicators of 42 Steel Companies. Each IISI's indicator has analysed as compared to viability criteria of steel
industry as part of Romania
admitting process in the EU. A
major difference appears in the approach of the environmental performances of

ecologic management represents an important factor for Romanian metallurgical
companies in order to access the European market. This
kind of management penetrate now the consciousness of Romanian managers. In
the paper some ecologic management programs, usefull for metallurgical

factors of the pouring gates on the inclusions retentions Metalurgia (58) 2006, nr. 2, p.
9 The paper presents the
results of some experimental study made by physical modeling. The study
refers to the influence of the feeders construction
on the inclusions retention inside the pouring gates. The objects of the
study were the pouring gates with four feeders on the runner, considering
four types of the construction of the feeder. It have
been made determinations in condition of starting pouring (starting work
condition) and in stationary tap condition (permanent- the pouring gate
filled by liquid). The researches concluded that the upper lateral location
of the feeders related to the runner |
ensured a better retention of the

nr. 2, p. 18 The main advantage of a measurement instrumentation, based on the
technique of calculation named virtual instrumentation compared to a classic
measurement instrument lies on the fact that the virtual instrumentation can
be easily transformed through programming. The paper presents the simulation of a LM135/LM235/LM335 precision

phenomena belonging to metallurgical research, should be demonstrated. |
